Directions from the North:
From I-5 S, exit on Crater Lake Hwy. / OR Hwy. 62 in north Medford (Exit 30)
Drive west to OR-99 South / Central Avenue and turn left (south)
Follow Central Avenue (OR-99 South) down 2.4 miles and the office location is on the right (west side of South Central Ave.)
Directions from the South:
From I-5 N, exit on Barnett Rd./Highland Dr. in south Medford (Exit 27)
Turn right (east) off I-5 onto Highland Dr. and get in the left lane.
Turn left at the traffic light onto East Barnett Rd. and drive west on Barnett Rd. for 0.7 miles.
Turn right onto South Riverside Ave.
Turn left onto Earhart St. and drive ~190 feet to the next turn
Turn left onto OR-99 South / South Central Avenue
Follow Central Avenue (OR-99 South) down ~430 feet and the office location is on the right (west side of South Central Ave.)

The building is across from Vim Thai and Miller’s Paint stores. Look for the wedding dresses in the window (on the right), just pass the 724 South Central sign with various businesses listed on it that are located in the building.
The maroon marquee above the actual building entrance says “Central Place” on it. Please take the elevator (straight ahead) or the stairs (inside on the right) to the second floor and follow the sign to Suite 210.

Notes to help you get your bearings:
- For those not familiar with Medford, there are two major one-way roads running roughly parallel to each other through downtown Medford.
- Riverside Avenue heads Northwest.
- Central Avenue goes Southeast.
- The Medford Food Co-op is a 3-minute walk or a short drive across the streets (South Central Ave. and South Riverside).
